2016 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Preseason Boys Soccer Team

The 2016 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Preseason Boys Soccer Team was selected based on past performance, level of competition and strength of schedule. Only players from states that compete in the fall season were considered.

New Jersey and Connecticut lead the team with four selections each, while New York, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania each have two players. Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada and Wisconsin all have one honoree.

Stuart Aeschliman School: West Salem (Salem, Ore.) Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 5-9 College: Undecided Noteworthy: The returning Gatorade State Player of the Year, Aeschliman scored 14 goals and dished out nine assists a year ago to lead West Salem to the Oregon Class 6A state championship game. Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 5-10 College: Seattle Pacific Noteworthy: Grant was the Colorado Class 4A State Player of the Year after a season in which he scored 29 goals and passed for 14 assists, leading Classical to the 4A state final. Noe Magana (#9) School: Hood River Valley (Ore.) Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 5-6 College: Undecided Noteworthy: Magana scored 14 goals and passed for 10 assists, leading Hood River Valley to an unbeaten 15-0-3 season and the Oregon Class 5A state title. Stephen Milhoan School: St. Ignatius (Cleveland) Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 5-9 College: Xavier Noteworthy: Milhoan returns as St. Ignatius looks to defend its Ohio Division I state title. Salah Oumorou School: West Haven (Conn.) Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 5-9 College: Connecticut Noteworthy: A two-time New Haven Register Area MVP, Oumorou will be a marked man this season up top for West Haven. Mason Toye School: Seton Hall Prep (West Orange, N.J.) Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 6-2 College: Indiana Noteworthy: Toye had to sit out the first half of last season after leaving his U.S. Soccer Development Academy team to play for Seton Hall Prep. Matt Vowinkel School: Chaminade (Mineola, N.Y.) Position: Forward Year: Senior Height: 6-0 College: Hofstra Noteworthy: The returning Gatorade State Player of the Year, Vowinkel will look to build on a 2015 season in which he scored 24 goals and passed for five assists to lead Chaminade to the New York Catholic High School Athletic Association state championship.
