It’s one thing to put up big numbers on a bad team, but Allonzo Trier is averaging 33.6 points and 6.5 rebounds a game on a team stocked with future NBA players.

Trier, a senior guard at No. 4 Findlay Prep (Henderson, Nev.), scored 50 points in a game earlier this season and on Monday night, had 34 points and 11 rebounds in an 86-79 defeat of Reno International.

Trier, who has signed with Arizona, leads our American Family Insurance ALL-USA Performances of the Week.

“Allonzo is very efficient,” Findlay Prep coach Andy Johnson said. “He shoots a very high percentage. He’s one of the best on our team at getting a lot of contact to get to the free-throw line. He’s also been rebounding the ball well, turning himself into a good all-around player.”
