As noted by Zac Smith, a linebacker /defensive end in the Class of 2019 on Twitter, six players from No. 2 IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) are planning to visit Alabama this weekend while the Ascenders are on their bye week.
Among them are Joshua Kaindoh, the No. 2-ranked strong side defensive end in the Class of 2017; Trey Sanders, the No. 1-ranked athlete in the Class of 2019 who has committed to Alabama; Thomas Fletcher, the No. 1-ranked long snapper in the Class of 2017 who is an Alabama commit; Robert Beal Jr., the No. 3-ranked weak side defensive end in the Class of 2017 who is a Georgia commit; and Dylan Moses, the nation’s top-ranked outside linebacker in the Class of 2017.
Moses’ recruitment has been watched closely for years and that will continue with the first of his official visits. A former LSU commit, Moses plans to announce on Dec. 15. Moses also is planning official visits to Ohio State, Texas, Miami and UCLA, and LSU could get one depending on the status of the coaching search.
Beal and Moses were both members of the American Family Insurance ALL-USA Preseason Defense.
For the members of the Class of 2017 these are official visits.
