Southern Cal running back commit Stephen Carr is ranked as the No. 3 running back and No. 14 player nationally by the 247Sports Composite.
A member of the American Family Insurance ALL-USA Preseason Football Team, Carr has led Summit (Fontana, Calif.) to a 7-1 record.
Against Bloomington, Carr ran for 136 yards and three first-half touchdowns as Summit took a 49-0 lead on the way to a 56-6 victory.
