Franklin Pierce (Washington) defeated Lindbergh 50-14 and Willie Patterson, its dual-threat QB, was absolutely sensational.  Patterson compiled over 600 total yards—326 passing yards and an astounding 281 rushing yards.  He accounted for five total touchdowns in the win.

For his efforts, Patterson leads the American Family Insurance All-USA Performances of the Week.

Below are the rest of the top performances as fall sports continue around the nation:

Jake Sisson, football, Akron (N.Y.)

Sisson, a running back who happens to be a talented linebacker as well, excelled in a win against Oakfield.  He rushed for 193 yards and three touchdowns, caught three passes, and recorded seven tackles.

Logan Gish, girls volleyball, Pleasant Hill (Mo.)

Pleasant Hill won the Lee Summit North Tournament last Saturday and Gish was a major factor. She recorded 70 kills, 23 digs and eight aces.

Jaime Villegas, boys soccer, Central (Mo.)

A game-winning goal can do wonders for a forward’s confidence—it’s something a struggling Wayne Rooney (the Manchester United striker) could probably use right now. For Villegas, the boost in confidence from his game-winning goal on Saturday led to a five goal barrage in a 10-0 win over Northland Christian earlier this week.

Kaitlyn Barthell, girls cross country, Casady (Okla.)

Barthell competed in the Norman OK Runner classic last week and took first place, finishing 8 seconds ahead of the field with a time of 20:02.

O’Maury Samuels, football, Los Lunas (N.M.)

The four-star Michigan commit was effective on offense and defense last week, as he rushed for 112 yards and caught a touchdown pass. On defense, the athlete recorded four tackles.

Abby Glynn, girls golf, Washburn Rural (Kan.)

Washburn Rural finished second in the state championship last year and she is doing everything she can this season to ensure that Washburn Rural improves on that performance. She won the City Championship at the Shawnee Country Club with a 79.

Delmonte Hall, football, North Desoto (La.)

Hall carried the ball 23 times for 213 yards and scored five touchdowns in a win against Many last week.

Lauren Bell, girls soccer, Hickory (Mich.)

Bell was outstanding in an 11-0 win over Sharon. She scored six goals and helped her teammates out with three assists.

Hassan Ibrahim, boys cross country, Jefferson (Ore.)

Ibrahim’s personal record helped Jefferson win the team championship at the Silver Falls Oktoberfest meet.  He finished with a time of 15:55:2.
