Well, Tuesday night, according to the Dallas Morning News, Chennedy Carter scored 40 points as Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, Texas) rallied for a 78-75 overtime victory against Duncanville (Texas), which went 39-0 last season on the way to the No. 1 ranking.

Carter is ranked as the No. 6 overall player in the ESPNw HoopGurlz rankings and plans to announce her commitment Monday on her birthday.
She averaged 18.7 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 3.0 steals as a junior to lead Timberview to a 33-1 record. She averaged 11.8 points a game for Team USA in FIBA Americas U18 Championship last summer.
